Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Liora, a calm daily planner that combines your tasks and calendar in one view. By creating an account or subscribing to Liora, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Liora is a web application for planning your day: tasks, calendar events, and the time between them, in one place.
2. Plans and pricing
Liora Pro costs $6 per month or $49 per year. Every new subscription starts with a 5-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
3. Billing
All payments are handled by our payment provider, acting as merchant of record. The provider collects payment, issues receipts, and handles any applicable sales tax or VAT. Liora never sees or stores your card details.
Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your subscription renews automatically and you're charged for the plan you picked (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
4. Your consent to immediate access
When you start a subscription, you explicitly ask Liora to give you access to the service right away, before the standard 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law would otherwise end. By doing so, and in line with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service has started. This doesn't affect your ability to cancel future renewals, or the voluntary refund guarantee described in our Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

7. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. Don't use Liora for anything illegal or for anything that disrupts the service for other people.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let you know by email before it takes effect.
